Do you make people smile?

It is one of the easiest things to do on your everyday routine. Make people smile. It is a command, a dare and a mission. It is quite funny how the little things have the biggest effects in your life. If you can wake up everyday and make people smile, half the battle is over. You will have achieved a special value to the people around you.
Smiling in itsself should be enough to make most people smile. It is a basic fundamental of a happy life. It shows that you have good vibes and are in a good place. Let’s just start from the very beginning, shall we?
Smiling projects the same thing to all of us in every culture. If someone is smiling and happy you do not have to worry so much about being axed to bits. Happiness and an easy-going demeanor let us feel more comfortable about letting down our guard, enabling others to do the same.
You cannot be angry and smiling at the same time. It is also very infectious, causing others to smile just by shooting them a quick toothy glance.
One of the greatest things about smiling is that it can help us to feel good. We can lead how we feel through controlling our body, and vise versa, we can control our body through how we feel. Therefore, if we are smiling, we all of a sudden begin to feel good and if we feel good all of a sudden we begin to smile. So in theory, if it is contagious, then we are making others feel good. We are spreading good vibes through out our daily journey. You make some one feel good while they are in their normal daily routines and they will remember you for a long time. Also, the good feelings you had brought to them will be attached to you. The next time they see you they will feel good but not be sure of why.
It really is not just the mouth that makes a smile successful; in fact, it could come off as non-genuine if we were to use just our mouths alone to smile. Imagine that your eyes are animated characters smiling themselves and carrying on, which should get you to giggle a bit. Also your cheeks should get some color because the temperature in your face should rise a bit. I have heard this being described as smiling with your eyes - the perfect smile.
Smiling also makes us appear youthful, more attractive and healthy. I have seen studies that say we can become at least ten times more attractive when we smile and why not? We want meeting people to be easy, so why put people on the defensive right from the beginning.
This quote that I have found I feel best sums up the benefits of smile better than anything I have ever read -
“A smile costs nothing but gives much.  It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give.  It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.  None is so rich or mighty that he cannot get along without it and none is so poor that he cannot be made rich by it.  Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away.  Some people are too tired to give you a smile.  Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give.”  ~Author Unknown
